Our flagship product, the DRO Health app, allows you to connect with doctors, manage prescriptions, and schedule diagnostic tests—all from the convenience of your smart device. With our platform, accessing top-notch medical care is easier than ever, right from your home.
- Download the DRO Health app on from App Store or Play store
- Open the App and follow the simple instructions on the screen to register
- Once you have registered, select “See a practitioner now”
- Select the time or doctor you want to see, and make your payments then it allows you to book the appointment.
- Once you book then the doctor confirms and you can have a video/audio/chat consultation.
Unfortunately for now, no. Although if after a virtual consultation you if the doctor feels you need a physical examination, he/she can refer you to a hospital (strictly at their own discretion). We are however working on partnership with some physical hospital to accommodate this.

Yes, most doctors offer consultations for as low as ₦1500 and it is a seamless process when your wallet funded. Your wallet your prepaid account facility with us from which you can pay for your consultations and other transactions.
We have multiple payment gateways on our platform and you can pay via card or bank. If for some reason both aren’t working, please reach out to us via our online chat or via email.
Fill the registration form and attach the following: Passport, Means of Identity (National ID, Driver’s Licence, International Passport, PVC, etc), Proof of medical qualification. Visit drohealth.com/registration
When you change phones, all you need to do is download the app into the new phone, log in with the email and password from the old phone and all your old details will appear.
